For almost a decade, Dr. Garza has been a pioneer in the South Texas medical community. As a leading plastic and reconstructive surgeon with international recognition, he is credited with building one of the most successful plastic surgery training programs in the United States, located at the University of Texas Health Science Center.
Dr. Garza’s endeavors have led him throughout the world teaching other doctors and patients about the art and science of plastic surgery and in pursuit of new and improved treatment methods. “As physicians, we should be vigilant about searching for the best treatment options for our patients,” says Dr. Garza.
